The nut is missing.
Has a hairline crack simply under the fretboard on the palm radius from the 8th fret to the 12th.
Lacquer peeling away in that area as well.
Stain in the lacquer on back of headstock.
Nothing a seasoned luthier couldn’t handle.
Comes with original gold tuners.
